This residential architecture project was developed using the traditional wood framing system, combining efficiency, warmth, and functionality.
The home is organized around an open-concept layout that integrates the kitchen, living, and dining areas, extending toward an outdoor gallery connected to the garden, encouraging indoor–outdoor living. The main entrance features a covered entry and a double mahogany wood door, adding character and elegance.
The living area, with a decorative gas fireplace and double-height ceiling, becomes the heart of the home. On the ground floor, the primary suite includes a walk-in closet, along with support spaces such as a laundry room and a powder room. The upper floor offers a flexible space that can function as a home office or bedroom, complete with a full bathroom.
